Short Presentation:
I joined the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, at the University of Copenhagen in February 2014, where I am part of the research group "Psychological Cross-Disciplinary and Applied Research" (PCARE). Prior to that, I studied Psychology in Bonn (2001-2006) and worked at the RWTH Aachen University (2006-2010) and the University of Tübingen (2010-2014).
My main research interests include the areas of Behavioral Economics, Educational Psychology, Personality Psychology, and Work and Organizational Psychology. I am particularly interested in research on counterproductive work behavior, giftedness, linking personality (traits) to various criteria, personality assessment, and the interplay between personality and situation in shaping behavior.
